  • Managed Real Estate Development & Construction for the Snow Creek Townhome Project at the Winter Park, Colorado  Ski Resort - Oversaw all town planning, council approval and building departments, architecture, engineering, interior / exterior  design, and project logistics including survey, subcontractor coordination, materials, infrastructure installation, road and grading, and dry utility plan. Manage Real Estate Sales, Home Owner Association and Buyer Warranty. Project has town ap proval, all infrastructure installed and land for sale. 

  • General Contractor / Exterior and Interior Designer for Snow Creek Holdings, LLC, an $14 Million Residential Develop ment consisting of 20-25 high end, custom multi-family homes (37,500 sq.ft.). Proficient in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint),  MS Project, AutoCAD. 

  • Broker-In-Charge / Builder and Independent Contractor (2008 to 2012) for High End Residential Beach and Golf Resort  Property at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Managed all company operations, agents, transaction negotiations / coordina tion and legal contracts, to coordinate all documentation and streamline closings. 

  • General Contractor / Broker-In-Charge (1998 to 2008) for Colorado Ski Resort / Residential Property Development and  Real Estate Sales throughout Summit and Grand Counties, Colorado. Designed and built 80,000 sf. in residential construction  producing $40 Million in Market Value. Supervised 200+ personnel, suppliers and labor through residential building divisions.
